It started with just a dream. A dream that I never thought that could happen... But anyway, It was in my 4th year in
college when I started to fulfill my dream. Paelo, co-owner, also a good friend of mine, help me fulfill this dream...
He finance the business with all the money we needed. Kristina, my co-manager, gives us the expertise we needed to survive
and to top on this field... Bianca? ever wonder why the name of the resto is Bianca? The story... well, simple as, if ever
my first child would be a girl, my girlfriend want her to have a name "Bianca",,, cute right? of course it is... i love it...

Hi! I'm Christian Cruz, a co-partner and the existing manager of this resto, currently employed as a professor in University
of Santo Tomas and a reviewee in 3CMV review center... Enough about me... Let's talk about the real heroes behind this resto:
Paelo Cabral is my co-partner in this venture and the pioneer of 3CMV review center. Pae is a great man, a good friend, and
a well-diversified businessman. Of course the girl of my dreams, Kristina Maca. Apple, as her mom calls her, is the resto's
co-manager, a practicing lawyer and an accountant graduate of UST. I am so much lucky to have her... catcha later... enjoy...
